Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use the Fully McFullface Chrome extension or the website at fullymcfullface.com. Fully McFullface is operated by its verified Chrome Web Store publisher in the United Kingdom.
Using Fully McFullface
You may use Fully McFullface for lawful personal or business purposes. The extension captures a webpage at your request, lets you add markings and copies the finished PNG to your clipboard.
You are responsible for the webpages you capture, the information visible in them, the markings you add and where you paste or share the result.
Permission to use the software
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to use Fully McFullface in accordance with these terms and the Chrome Web Store rules. This does not transfer ownership of the extension, website, branding or source materials to you.
Acceptable use
You must not use Fully McFullface to break the law, violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights, bypass access controls, distribute malware, interfere with the extension or misrepresent the origin of captured material.
Sensitive information
Webpage screenshots may contain confidential or personal information. Check the finished PNG before sharing it. The black Cover hides selected pixels in the copied PNG, but the uncensored capture remains temporarily in the open editor until copy, close or cleanup.
Availability and limitations
Fully McFullface is designed for ordinary finite vertical webpages in desktop Chrome. Some browser pages, infinite feeds, horizontal layouts, unusually large pages and complex web applications may not capture correctly or may be rejected clearly.
We may improve, change, suspend or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every webpage, browser version or third-party service.
Third-party destinations
When you paste a screenshot into ChatGPT, Codex or another destination, you choose to send it to that service. Its own terms and privacy policy apply. Fully McFullface does not operate or control those services.
Intellectual property
We retain our rights in Fully McFullface and the website. You retain any rights you already have in your own content. These terms do not give us ownership of the webpages or screenshots you capture.
Responsibility and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights you have under UK consumer law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by unsupported webpages, third-party services, content you choose to capture or share, or use of the extension outside its described purpose.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the product, law or distribution model changes. Material changes will be dated and published on this page before they apply.
UK law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the UK, you keep any mandatory rights and access to local courts available to you under applicable law.
