Privacy Policy

Who we are

The verified Chrome Web Store publisher of Fully McFullface is responsible for the extension. For privacy or support questions, email support@fullymcfullface.com.

What the extension handles

When you click the extension icon, Fully McFullface handles the visible content of the current webpage to create the screenshot you requested. The screenshot may include personal or sensitive information visible on that page.

The extension does not intentionally access passwords, authentication cookies, browsing history or content from other tabs.

Local storage and retention

Screenshot sections are combined and stored temporarily in private local extension storage on your device. Temporary screenshots expire after no more than ten minutes and are normally deleted sooner after a successful copy, when the preview closes, after capture failure or during abandoned-session cleanup.

Small local session records contain a random capture identifier and Chrome tab identifiers so the extension can prevent duplicate captures and clean up interrupted sessions. They are deleted with the associated capture. Local extension storage is not described as encrypted.

Annotations and the privacy Cover

Annotation commands remain in the open preview’s memory. They are flattened into the PNG only when you click Copy and are not stored as a separate editable project.

The solid black Cover hides the selected pixels in the finished copied PNG. The original uncensored capture still exists temporarily inside the editor until it is copied, closed or removed by cleanup.

Transmission and third parties

Fully McFullface does not automatically transmit screenshots, webpage content, browsing activity, analytics or personal information to the developer or any third party. The extension uses no account, advertising, analytics, remote API or cloud screenshot service.

If you paste the copied PNG into another application or website, that transfer is initiated and controlled by you and is governed by the destination’s policies.

Support messages and website access

If you email support, we receive your email address, message and anything you choose to attach. We use this information to answer your request and maintain the product. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in providing support and improving Fully McFullface.

Support correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, maintain necessary support records and meet legal obligations. The website itself contains no advertising or analytics code. Its hosting provider may process standard technical logs needed to deliver and secure the site.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell, rent or use screenshot content or support information for advertising or creditworthiness. Information received through Chrome is used only to provide or improve the extension’s single purpose and is handled in accordance with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Your choices and UK data rights

You can remove temporary screenshot data by copying successfully, closing the preview or uninstalling the extension. You may also ask us to access, correct, erase or restrict personal information contained in support correspondence, or object to its processing, where UK data-protection law gives you those rights.

Contact support@fullymcfullface.com to make a request. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Changes

We will update this policy before changing how the extension or website handles personal information. The Chrome Web Store disclosures must remain consistent with this policy.
